Gifts of Securities
Gifts of appreciated securities allow the donor to avoid paying capital gains on the increase in value. The donor also receives a tax deduction for the full fair market value at the time of the gift. Gifts-In-Kind
Any items that would typically be purchased by the administration may be donated as a gift-in-kind. The estimated cash value, as determined by Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, is tax-deductible. Please contact the Development Office at 404-252-3448 before making your gift-in-kind donation.
