As a part of the college counseling program at Mount Vernon, colleges come on campus to meet with interested students, presenting information and fielding questions from those who choose to attend.

The visits are a wonderful way for MVPS students to meet college admission officers and learn more about prospective schools.

Regarding protocol, students interested in attending any of the college informational sessions must have a permission slip from their teacher whose class they will miss. Those permission slips can be attained in the college counseling office through Mrs. Powell.
