My name is Ryan Hart, athletic trainer for Mount Vernon Presbyterian School provided by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. A brief introductory about myself. I am a licensed and certified athletic trainer. Graduate of Delta State University earning a B.S. in Athletic Training and a B.S. in Exercise Physiciology. Received fellowship training under a shoulder and elbow orthopaedic surgeon from Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in 2012-2013. Joined Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta - Scottish Rite, Sports Medicine Department in January of 2014 assigned to cover Mount Vernon Presbyterian School.
Our team physicians this year are Dr. Cliffton Willimon and Dr. Steve Kroll, of Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta. Dr. Willimon is an orthopaedic surgeon with speciality training in hip, knee, and shoulder injuries. Dr. Kroll is a primary care sports medicine physician specializing in the management of musculoskeletal injuries and concussion. Dr. Willimon and Dr. Kroll will be an exemplary addition to the Sports Medicine Department here at Mount Vernon.
