Exhibiting compassion, discovery, character and confidence, students in grades 9-12 negotiate an 8-month expedition to inquire, innovate, and create impact – their iProject. Individually or in small groups, students are encouraged to discover their passions and curiosities with the guidance of faculty mentors and external experts. Whether utilizing the design thinking process to solve an individual or community need or taking a deep dive into a topic of their choosing, students deepen their understandings of academic content and real-world issues while developing essential 21st century skills.

Community members are invited to attend a showcase and celebration of their iProject work at our culminating event in April-- iFest. In themed exhibit halls, students share prototypes, performances, and other demonstrations of their year-long growth while receiving valuable feedback from external experts, faculty members and their peers. By breaking down the barriers between the classroom and outside world, we give students the opportunity to become engaged citizens and community leaders.
